I have a concern regarding dialysis bills under WBHS 2008. Can any body help me regarding this, how to make dialysis bills. Did it come under indoor/Outdoor treatment ?. If i continue dialysis under non empanneled hospitals and the bills amount less than approved rate, i am eligible for refund. If yes what will be the form no and the procedure. If somebody attach the format of bills i will thankful to them.
