HRA Ceiling for working couple after divorce petition

I am working in a state govt. aided college and my wife is working in a school.
I have filed a divorce suit against her and she then filed a case under domestic violence act.
She lives in the flat purchased by me taking loan and I am still repaying the loan.
I am living separately in a rented accommodation.
Can anybody suggest, if I am eligible to get the full House Rent Allowance irrespective of the ceiling of Rs. 6000 ?
Thank you.You are not eligible to get full HRA until a legal separation, i think.
