HS for Primary Para Teacher

I am a para teacher of primary school. I have passed 10th class. I have no D.Ed or HS degree. I have recently got HS degree from Madhyapradesh Board. Now is this HS certificate valid for para teachers eligibility? If not, then how shall i get eligibility for my job? Is there any positive step taken by the govt to fulfill eligible condition before 2015?

THE DECISION SHOULD BE TAKEN BY OUR MAD GOV.
