Both husband & wife are WB Govt Employee, stay at Govt. housing estate, the housing allotted to wife’s name. Husband can get HRA?
pl tell me with GO.

No. your HRA has been not drawn from the date of allotment as per your spouse you please see WBSR Part I.

me and my husband both are primary teachers
we draw HRA less than 6000 in total
what rule may b imposed on us?
