if husband wife both service holder in wb govt , they would can pray for closely in 20 km places their duties . what is the actual govt order in this situation or other facilities .

The controlling department may accept but there is no mandatory GO in this regard. Some department made policies regarding the same but subject to vacancy and other criteria and as there is no definite GO in this regard, then the decision can not be challenged in any court of law and Govt can transfer any one in any offices citing public interest.
