Some of our teachers are the candidates of IGNOU B.Ed. Part-II exam scheduled to be held in December, 2014 and January, 2015. Their exam was initially scheduled to end on 27.12.2014. In that case their affected increment could have resumed with effect from 28.12.2014. But now, as the last paper has been rescheduled on 02.01.2015 in place of 27.12.2014, they are to get that halted increment from 03.01.2015. But as per ROPA-2009, a teacher can avail of only one increment in any case between 1st January and 1st July in the same calendar year. Given the situation they face right now, they are destined to lose another increment. Is there any way out of this uncalled-for situation. Is there any G.O. on this topic?

No such G.O is published till now. Not only that, trainee teachers who are pursuing B.Ed course through O.D.L mode from N.S.O.U face same problem. Full sympathy with you………
