If date of last exam is 20/01/15 when the increment start .Increment stopped 1/7/13.
November 13, 2014 at 2:33 pm #79986AnonymousInactiveAn increment may be allowed on 21/01/15, but cash benefit will avail after the submission of result from the date of last examination. If the incumbent takes an increment on 21/01/15 then the date of next increment will be on 01/07/16.
Thanks a lot.January 8, 2015 at 1:25 pm #80128AnonymousInactiveMy Question is
If some one do not take increment on 21/01/15 then will (s)he will be eligible for double increment on 01/07/15?January 9, 2015 at 11:10 am #80113AnonymousInactiveNo. Between 1st January and 1st July of a same calendar year an in incumbent is allowed to have one increment unless it is the case of 10 year or 18 year additional increment. By the way, the moment you submit your mark sheet along with the declaration of last date of exam, your increment will come to be in effect from the next day of your last exam.

April 8, 2015 at 7:19 am #80341AnonymousInactivebut jalpaiguri has issued an order for double increment
April 8, 2015 at 11:51 am #80342AnonymousInactivebut jalpaiguri has issued an order for double increment
I don’t know what is the basis of such order issued by the DI/s of Jalpaiguri. But as far as my knowledge goes, double increment is allowed to an incumbent only in case of 10/20 years incremental benefit. Anyway, all these are my personal understanding and, of course, my personal suggestion to my friends not to take double increment in case of completion of B.Ed. Under these circumstances, if any DI/s issues such order for double increment, there is no barrier to accept this benefit for the staff under his jurisdiction. But in this case, I would also suggest those who are accepting these benefit to download the following Order and keep safely to avoid future complications. Thanks.
