Pls share the G.O. related to increment date after completion of BEd from IGNOU. Is it required to get permission from D.I. to avail the incremental benefit if he/she permitted to go for BEd training earlier?
After the publication of the result, increment will be continued.
Most of us think, increment date should be after the completion of theoretical and practical examination. But it will be wrong.

This is not wrong Mr. Acharya. Increment will be continued after the publication of result (i.e., if passed) but the effective date will be the very next day to which the final examination of B.Ed. was over.

After joining the service as an assistant teacher, you must take prior permission from the D.I/S to enroll/appear in any examination relating to financial benefits. Being the DDO, the D.I has the power to grant your permission to pursue such courses where the financial benefits are concerned. Otherwise the Managing Committee is the “competent authority” to grant your prayer regarding the enhancement of qualification(only for relevant subject and at per with the Control of Expenditure Act 2005).
Yes the concerned teacher was permitted to undergo the training by the concerned DI. So he don’t need any further permission after completion of training.
