Can any one tell me about increment rule of school teacher joining on 30/9/2008? Is he/she applicable for increment on 01/07/2013. If yes give related circular or G.O of West Bengal Govt. Plz reply as soon as possible.
As per ROPA 2009 for Teachers G.O. No. 46-SE /5B-1/2009 dated 27.02.2009, Rule 9 and 10, 1 (one) increment at 3% of the sum of the pay in the pay band and grade pay is applicable on 1st July of every year to every teaching and non-teaching employees.

but if he is an untrained teacher, then is he applicable for increment on 1.7.2013 , joining on 30.8.2008. someone says about extension of increment up to 2014 for untrained teacher. but no documentary proof yet i get about this statement. so in this regard if any g.o was published plz give as soon as possible. thanking you and happy new year to all my friends.
“he is an untrained teacher” you should mentioned it earlier when you asked the question for first time. ok, in this case he will complete his 5 yrs after 1/7/13, so acc. to my knowledge he can get that increment.
