Assistant teachers who are newly appointed in the month of Nov, Dec, 2013 will be eligible to get increment from July 2014?

Teachers appointed upto 01.01.2014 will get increment on july’2014. appointment from 02.01.2014 will not get increment on july’2014. their increment will be on july’2015.
