Increment stopped (from 01.07.213 ) due to untrained. If training (B.Ed) is completed (passed B.Ed Exam.) in March 2014 (Say,Result publication date 28.03.14) and last date of B.Ed Exam 31.07.2013 (say). Then what will be the incremental status? Whether increment allowable from 01.08.2013 and next increment date will be 01.07.2014 or not? Requested to post a incremental rules through this site.

Then you are eligible to have notional increment on 01/07/13,and actual increment on 01/08/13. The increment will start from the day after the last date of exam and the next increment will b on 01/07/14.
Last increment allowed on 01.07.2012. Increment stopped due to untrained on 01.07.2013 and 01.07.2014. Passed B.Ed in March’2015. through ODL mode. Last Date of Examination 18.01.2015. From which date increment/monetary incremental benefit is allowable again.
Shall he get 1 increment or total 3(for 1.7.2013, 1.7.14 & 1.7.15) increments? Is there any G.O.?
Why he shall not get increment from 19.01.2015. Please clarify me. I am also suffering from the same issue.
Many like you face the same problem. In your case the increment (if the date of resumption falls between 1st January and 30th June of the same calendar year which is 19.01.2015 in your case) will resume on the date of annual increment i.e. 1st July. So, if you have passed the B.Ed. exam, your increment will resume on 01.07.2015. Now, as of the number of increments you are entitled to get there prevails a confusion. As far as I have come to know from the related documents (supported by the concerned authority of D.I. Office, Jalpaiguri) you will get two increments- one, be attentive as many do not understand it, the increment that you are entitled to get with effect from 19.01.2015, but you will actually get on 01.07.2015 (as per the directions on increments in ROPA-2009) on completion of B.ed. and two, the normal increment entitled to a serviceman annually. But the point is many other D.I. Offices have expressed confusion regarding this matter. So, I suggest you to consult a competent authority for further details.
