If joining date is 08/09/2008 and he is untrained teacher. He will complete B.Ed degree on 2014. Last exam date of B.Ed is 3/01/2014.
Will he get increment from 3/01/2014 ? if no or yes (why?)
according to G.O. NO.-61-SE(S),dated 30.01.1996…..”an untrained teacher shall be treated as trained teacher for the purpose of incremental benefits only with effect from the date ,following the last date of examination ,both theoretical and practical “
If no, When he will get increment and next increment?

Increment will stop on 01/07/2013.
After passing the B.Ed Examination, increment again entitled on and from 01/07/2014.

Prothomei janai j mastermoshai 1/7/2013 er increment paben na. Apni j G.O tir ullekh korechhen seti thik. Sekhetre uni 4/1/2014 tarikhe increment pawar odhikari. Kintu oi din increment nile 1/7/2014 tarikher increment paben na. Karon ROPA 2009 anujayi 1st july increment pawar onyotomo shorto hochhe concerned incumbent k minimum 6 month oi pay scale e thakte hobe.

Ambaris da, I carefully study the said order and i think its for only pay fixation and promotion i.e. Grade pay,A.H.M,H.M./10/20/18yrs.there is no clarification of increment due to B.Ed…..but in case of six months….i want to say that a teacher upgrade to A.H.M on 5/4/13 and he gets double increment on 1/7/13…….here one increment for A.H.M but extra second is notional increment….so now, where is the formula of six months(5/4/13 to 1/7/13)…
so I think its only for the pay fixation and promotion according to ROPA 2009 not for increment due to B.Ed.

Dhonyobad. Apnar lekhar uttore janai………Jini AHM hoyechhen tini B.Ed trained nischoi. Apni janachhan j uni AHM hoyechhen 5/4/13 tarikhe. Sutorang tini High/HS schooler AHM howar subade 200 taka extra Grade Pay o Ekti otirikto increment pawar jogyo. Moja hochhe uni jodi 5/4/13 te increment nen tobe 1/7/13 te usual increment paben na. Kintu jodi na nen sekhetre 1/7/13 te duti increment i paben…….ebong seta actually paid hobe notional noy. Karon 1ta increment hochhe AHM er jonyo, ar ekta hobe tar swabhabik Increment.
