OK brother, I am posting that G.O. for you in parts. Images are not fully clear. But they may serve your purpose. But you may also require the G.O. No. 1818-Edn(S) dt. 11.09.1969. Try to collect that one also. I am also posting another related G.O. in this regard.

Thank you. I am a teacher in the jurisdiction of kolkata D.I . Is there any separate G. O from kolkata D.I regarding incremental benifit after completion of ODL B. Ed. I have the G.O from bankura D.I . But I am facing the common problem like almost everyone in almost every school. Hope you understand. Please help.
