Increments beyond 2012 for non B.Ed teachers.

A non B.Ed teacher appointed in 2005 is entitled to increments till 2012. Now it is being heard that such non B.Ed teachers will have to complete B.Ed by 2015. Does this mean that they will be entitled to increments beyond 2012?

We are waiting for the Order and hoping for some relaxation regarding annual increment.
