What will be IR pls help me
An A.T. of primary school dt of joining 07.02.1996 ,wil get 20 yrs benefit on 01.07.2016. On 01.07.2015 was Band Pay – 12350, Grade Pay – 2900. What will be Interim Relief as on 01.07.2016.pls help meOn 01-07-2016 he will get his Annual Increment @ Basic Pay = Rs.15710 (Pay in the Band = Rs.12810, Grade Pay = Rs.2900). Now his IR is to be calculated @10% on this Pay in the Band i.e., Rs.1281. After that he will get his 20 years Promotional Increment.
