Why DI deduct pf after 1 year of service from assistant teacher’s salary? Does it imply confirmed service? need clarification.
DI deduct PF on the basis of West Bengal Recognized Non-Government Educational Institution Employees’ (Management of General Provident Fund Accounts) Scheme, 1995 in which PF deduction is a must for all employees after completion of 1 year service irrespective of Confirmation of the employee.
