ADHIKARY,MANAS RANJAN PATHAK,SANTANU BERA AND SOMNATH CHATTERJEE ARE ROAMING FREELY WITHOUT LENDING THEIR EARS TO US WHO SUFFERING FROM NOT TO HAVE THE MATURITY AMOUNT IN TIME.Their another company name KALPATARU WELFARE SOCIETY is just a mockery of so called welfare done in socities upliftment.Please do the needful inspecting their doubtful activities

Mr. Kamalesh De (M) 9330179746 (Development Officer). They are raising money from the market and Mr. Rameswar Podder-Managing Director unable to return the Maturity & Pre-Maturity as per declaration. Mr. Rameswar Podder-Managing Director of the Company said a electronic channel in May 2013 that all liabilities clear within 100 days from the date of today declaration. I SRI SOMNATH GHOSHAL HAVE ALREADY MATURED 3 NOS FD/ Recurring deposit ON MAY/AUGUST 2013 AND 2 NOS Pre-Maturity OF FD/RECURRING DEPOSIT.BUT STILL NOW I HAVE NOT BEEN RECEIVED ANY AMOUNT FROM RAMEL INDUSTRIES. MY AGENT NAME IS SRI RANJAN BOSE. EVERY TIME HE SAID PAYMENT WILL BE RELEASED WITHIN 4-5 DAYS. Why payment date after?. After complession of maturity date November 2013, the payment is still unpaid by the Swasata Cement. They close their Malda office. They could not receive my phone. Always engage. After elpse of 7 months,maturity is unpaid. I deposited money for 12th month because my LIC premium could be paid in the month of December to April. LIC premium is due during the 7th months. My husband is a retitered person. Sir, I humble request to you kindly convey me how I lodge complain for recovery of my payment.

I want to lodge complain to justice Shamal Sen Commission. How can i lodge my complain How can i get back my hardly earned money?
