students’s age is less than 18, but they are studding in college. From where they are collect form and were they will be submitted?
The college where she studying collect and submit K2 form from current college.
From where I will get K2 Form (Kanyashree Prakalpa).
I am not getting the form(with serial No.) from my college (Murali Ghar Girls College) as they are not giving the forms.

If your date of birth is on or after 01-04-1995, you may contact the BDO (Block Development Officer) of your Development Block. He is supposed to supply K2 form to you.

i am student in class ma from burdwan university but where i am submit Kanyashree Prakalpa form . burdwam do not distrubite Kanyashree Prakalpa form and don’t submit. please sent a mail where i am submit Kanyashree Prakalpa application form.
