Class teaching starts at: 10:45 AM
Therefore, all staffs should reach School before: 10:30 AM
Daily assembly of teachers with head teachers before: 10:35 AM
Attending daily assembly for all teachers incl head teacher, is mandatory.
Late attendance starts from: 10:45 AM
Late attendance allowed up to: 11:15 AM
Late attendance may be condoned by the Head of the Institution.
One day Casual Leave will be deducted for every 3 late attendance in a calender month.
In case CL is exhausted, one day Half Average Pay Leave for each 3 late attendance in a calender month.
If any teacher do not apply for CL/HAL, one Leave without Pay is granted.

According to said situation, if a Teacher will come regularly at 10:45am i.e. fails to attend in Prayer, then what will be the roll of M.C about that Teacher?

Headmaster can take action in this regard. HM may count the number of late attendance (arrival between 10:45 AM to 11:15 AM) in a particular month and may deduct the proportional CL (1 day for 3 Late attendance). Head Master may exercise this power without refer to M.C.

    Sir,
Class start at 10.45 but school start at 10.30 a.m. Unfortunately we have no power to take any step if a teacher regularly attend the school after Prayer ( after 10.30, before 10.45) as a Head Teacher/ Head Master.
