Leave on Friday (Jumma) Prayers for Muslim Employees

I heard that Muslim Govt. Employees may enjoy leave for the first half of Friday to offer Jumma prayers. Can anybody give more information about it. Is there any G.O. regarding this?
I am not sure about it. But I can provide you with the G.O. on early departure for Muslim employees during Ramzan.
