i am an assistant teacher in hs section in additional post. i took 17 days of medical leave not continuous after 1 year and 7 months of my service and another 17 days of medical leave not continuous after 3rd year of my service. retention of the post is on process. will these leave be without pay? i will be highly grateful if anybody can provide me any current g.o. with board/council logo in pdf. please reply soon.the matter is urgent. i have recently come to know that additional post in hs section is retained after 3 year of service. if there is any g.o. regarding this. please provide me the original in pdf format.
No, your M.L. will not treat as without pay after the vacancy declared as permanent. After your retention will enjoy your such leave and your M.L.of the previous period ( from the date of joining) will be deposited in your leave account.( Board’s Memo No. S/435 dt. 6.6.2001)
