Bandh is no longer a sound protest against any type of voilation of unfavourable acvities. Now it is treated as a blunt weapon. And we , the common people is treated bandh as a nice holiday when our wife and kids will not force us to go to the market for shopping with them. it is my personal view. You may not be agree with me

Pls let me clarify whether the teachers of govt-aided schools are govt employee. The order issued by Samar Ghosh is for Govt Employee only. Why the state govt. is not giving the status of govt employee to the teachers of govt aided schools ????? The state may do so considering the central assistance from Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksa Abhijan (RMSA). State govt should not politicalise education system. There is few Govt-Aided Schools in all other states. The Govt of WB should review this situation as per Right to Education Act……

The best thing we can do by accumulating our power is to Oppose any kind of strike as Strike is not a solution of our problem and it becomes as a curse to many of the day labour and poor people.

Is it not akin to the British raj? Even in the election duties which are very emergent in nature,, there is an option to apply for exemption on genuine medical grounds where the election officers having military powers too forward our applications ti the district hospitals to provide a chance to an employee to express the severity of his problem..The Election Commission having the military powers provides us a scope to stand before a doctor and it announces a huge sum as an insurance whenever the life is lost/? But here the state goverrnment is not a military regime but an elected Republic by the people for the people/ Moreover, there is a provision of right to Life in the constitution.which could be hampered during strikes by any political party..The people of Bengal have utmost respect upon the personality of the CM. . These draconian circulars and laws not giving any chance tor tight to strike or to others any medical leave even might give short term success but defeat for long term unless and until the party learns from the history..
