Is extraordinary leave granted in same manner for primary teacher ?
& is it retospectively granted? if yes, in what purpose it is granted ?As per W.B.S.R., leave without pay is granted when no other leave is admissible. So, if it is that urgent, one may be granted L.W.P. from the next day of the date of joining.
