Sir,
My annual income from Def Pension + salary is nearly rs 3 Lac.and my wife gets Rs 3.5 lac from her Salary. Total family income is 6.5 lac. Can I apply for OBC certificate for my only daughter ?

i am hindu. as per obc list of west bengal regarding surname sadhukhans (Teli,Kolu) are belong in muslim religion. how its possible?
