If you have the facility co operative bank ECCS then it is best for personal loan. And for for home loan SBI is best in terms if interest rate and other hidden charges.
Besides SBI (interest @ 9.95% or 10.10%!) one can opt for LICI Housing Finance Ltd. for home loan which offers interest @10.25% for male applicant, and @10% for female applicant (under Bhagyalakshmi scheme); interest rate is fixed for initial 2 years. Moreover LICI HFL provides loan on stamp duty and registration fee.
