Central govt has already issued order sanctioning one increment w.e.f. 01.01.06 to the employees who had their increment from Feb-05 to June-05, under old scale. When the matching order for W.B. Govt. employees will be issued. Please enlighten us.

Yes, it is true indeed. See this link for details:
http://www.finmin.nic.in/the_ministry/d … es2008.pdf
This was actually an outcome of anomaly committee review on 6th Central Pay Commission recommendations for Central Govt. Servants augmented by relentless pressure created by Staff Associations of Central Govt. employees. Those State Govt. Employees whose date of next increment in pre-revised pay scale was between February,2006 to June, 2006 stand to lose 1 legitimate increment. But then I did not find this point in any of the state employees’ association’s charter of demands!April 19, 2012 at 7:11 am #72088AnonymousInactiveRe: Loss of One Increment Due to pay fixation under ROPA-200
Friend Kayshikr,
We knew that very well that all state Govt. employees including teachers and others will be looser whose periodical increment falls between 2nd Feb. to July.It will also be applicable in case of C.A.S. benefit even promotion cases. what shall we do without any order. we shall be happy if our state Govt. release an order same as Central Govt. Come wait and see. all the best.April 21, 2012 at 6:00 pm #72137AnonymousInactiveRe: Loss of One Increment Due to pay fixation under ROPA-200

There is an order for the Govt employees giving liberty to change the Option for financial benefit as per WBS(ROPA), 09. I guess there should be some similar for the Pry Teachers.
