One of my acquaintances has asked me whether he can apply for the English (PG) in Bengali medium schools through WBRSSC (RLST) having done both his M.A. (English) and B.Ed. from Gowhati University, Assam. Please, someone come to his help with proper suggestions as to what he should do in this context.
