Due to some unavoidable circumstances no election procedure (viz. preparing of Voters’ list, election programme etc) has been taken for M.C election within December 2012. Validity of M.C upto 31.03.2013. Moreover ,it is not allowable to complete election upto 15th March’2013 due to admission of class V-X ? When will the election procedure for the re-constitution of the M.C be taken ? What should we do?

Due to unavoidable circumstances,you can not constitute your M.C. in due time which is valid upto 31/03/2013.
Now you will take the following procedures-
1) You will take the resolution about the matter (i) why you could not able to constitute the new M.C.to show the reasons. (ii) And why you are unable to reconstitute the M.C. within this period (31/03/13).
THEN YOU MAKE A PRAYER TO THE SECRETARY,WBBSE,DEROZIO BHAWAN, WITH THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS for the EXTENSION of the M.C. for 3 months.
a) A prayer indicating your unavoidable circumstances,
b) The validity of M.C.
c) The copy of M.C. resolution,
d) A tentative (provisional) programme for the construction of the M.C.
Now you will get the extension and be ready so that you can approve the Provisional Voter list before 20th march,13.
