What should be done if the M.C. President do not put his signature at the end of a Resolution ?
It should be informed to D.I/S secondary by the secretary of the said M.C. in detail with a copy of said resolution. D.I/S will take steps.

I am inclined to say that Mr Ashesh has been ‘Asheshed’ by Mr Pal. Any I wish to thank the OP for raising such an issue. This was something that I did not know about or much rather never thought or cared about. Thanks for enlightening us.
