    I WAS A PURE SCIENCE PASS TEACHER FOR 11 MONTHS THEN JOINED IN A ADDITIONAL POST H/PG (CONTINUOUS SERVICE).
    IN THE NEW SCHOOL THE POST IS YET NOT RETAINED BUT I TOOK M.L DUE TO SUFFERING FROM POX AFTER 2YRS THOUGH IN THIS NEW POST.
    NOW MY QUESTION IS- M.L WAS OK OR L.W.P ?

    You will not get M.L.till to retention. After retention you may enjoy your deposited previous M.L.

    You can move your petition through the MC to the WBBSE who can allow adjustment with future ML credit you could enjoy after retention.
