    Dear our new friend Adam,
Would you please explain which Education Act 1998 you are referencing here?
I think you are mistaken this forum, actually this forum specially related to West Bengal (a state of India) Government / autonomous bodies / aided / sponsored employees.

    Dear Adam,
It’s not necessary to discuss in this forum the topics which are related to the Rules, Acts, Orders, Circulars etc. issued by the Govt. of WB. Most (and not all) of the State Rules were derived from the Rules/Acts etc. of Govt. of India. This is true for other States also. There is no obligations on the forum members that discussion should only be restricted to Acts / Rules/ Orders of WB Govt. I have not found anything in the Guidelines of the forum!
I have found a communication posted by Admin (nemo) in relattion to the Govt. of India Order for increase of DA of Central Govt. Employees with effect from January – Nemobabu, pls clarify!
I found contradiction when a member of this forum is interested to discuss on pension related matters of both Central Govt. and the State Govt. See link.
    New Pension Scheme
No doubt, the name as “wb Xpress Community” indicates its area of operation in WB Rules/Acts only but, I have not seen any such restriction in guidelines! A “Howrah Mail” or “Kolkata Mail” never restricts its journey in Howrah / Kolkata only. Journey of “Gitanjali Express” never ends up to Shantiniketan/ Bolpur!
This forum needs versatility. A narrowness in outlook of forum may not make it qualify for national arena!May not make it universally acceptable!
Naam se kaya kaam hai! Kam se matlaab! Men live in deeds and not by name!
Admin & Administrator may clarify further!
    Friend Adam, Pls keep going!
    With regards.

I am to clarify as follows:
    1. Adam is a human spammer, whose sole intention is advertising.
    2. 10moy has mistaken to consider this forum, only for West Bengal. This is natural because more than 90% posts of this forum is related with State Govt. Employees. Not only this, in earlier days, before proper categorization (by som), many people have mistaken to consider this forum, as only for teachers.
This forum is open to all employees.

    3. bithi_dutta: you are right and I must appreciate your subtle mind.

Its nice to see that bithi_dutta abides by the guidelines. Of course this forum does not restrict any one to discuss over the matters of Central Govt. employees and also of other States.
Now lets see what influenced to open her mouth against the post of 10moy.

actually this forum specially related to West Bengal (a state of India) Government / autonomous bodies / aided / sponsored employees.

Yes, 10moy is absolutely correct. Please consider the word “Specially”. It is true that the name of this forum suggests its specialty but never discourages other issues. For example, a child specialist doctor not always treat the children, he treats all kind of patients in an emergency.

Would you please explain which Education Act 1998 you are referencing here?

I find more perfection of the post of 10moy when he tried to know that with due respect to an another member.
    Lets see the perfection.

The School Management Committee of a Primary School in W.B.

The topic started by Mr. Asit Baran Pal which relates to the Primary school in W.B. only.
The post of Adam never reflects that it was meant for West Bengal.
Now please have a look at Rule 2 of our guidelines for posting………….

    2. Don’t continue a topic with other issue: Please beware of being Off topic. Don’t continue a topic if you have other issue or query on other subject. Please create or look for separate topic in case you have some different query not related to the subject.

It is clear that the post of Adam was not relevant to the topic and we can mark it as Off topic.
He should create a new topic in view of Rule 3 of the aforesaid guidelines.
So, 10moy indeed tried to help this forum and his post deserves reputation which I provided.
Now lets see what bithi _dutta have been doing from yesterday.
    1. Her two posts have been removed due to violation of Rule 18
Link i. Absent for Uncertain Period.
Link ii. Fake University and fake degree
    2. Both the posts were too much personal attacking which could break the unity of our community. I have all the copies and if I post them, a fight may start.
    3. Both the times she was warned by the moderator but she didnt stop.
    4. She resumed her attack today also and posted a topic which attacks indirectly , I kept that pending for approval and nemo nicely edited it.
    An Appeal for Amicability
Being a Moderator, I am feeling sorry to say that we had a nice atmosphere in this forum. We all were in a happy family. Losta love and respects we shown against each other. We were always happy to extend our helping hands to others.
I really cant afford this situation.
I am requesting admin to do something otherwise we shall loss many members and I may also decide to quite.

    Dear Bro som,
Thank you very much for your painstaking effort for making the post! I appreciate your performance as a Moderator! Is not it a little straight-forward for a lady! It’s surprising there is a difference in the outlook of the Admin. & Moderator on the same post! Is it for eyeing at the high TRP rating of the forum, as we commonly watch in different shows in TV!
Pls don’t take it otherwise – just joking with a brother! Always having serious discussions is rather boring! Probably you will not point at “Chit Chat” segment immediately!
    Ok , Boss!
    Don’nt mind!
