Management of Sponsored Institutions (Secondary) Rules, 1972

Rule 5 is not complete because clauses xi to xii are missing though the said clauses are referred in subsequent rules.

pls inform an elaborate update on sponsored school (aided school) & the formation of managing committee.

Donner Member inclued in the Managing Committee of govt. Spon. School ?

Is observation duty will mark as on duty in attandance registrar like saraswati puja, Independence day , netaji jayanti etc.

I find an ambiguity in the discussion of rule 7.Rule 5 consists of nine items. but in the discussion of rule 7 there has been alluded ”(I) to(x)” of rule 5 and next few lines mentioned the words ”(xi) and(xii)”. I can understand from where these extra items of rule 5 are imported. please give me a clarification.
