After the completion of 2 years of service my wife became sick due to jaundice. She was absent 69 days from service and after it she had applied for advance medical leave. After that she had transferred to another circle. Now she is pregnant and wants maternity leave. I am asking is it possible na?

If the maternity leave ends in any long vacation the teacher will join on the first day when the vacation ends.

A female primary teacher is taking maternity leave from 12 november 2013.She is also in training for 2 yrs D.el.ed(ODL MODE)
So my question is that whether she can attend her class in training centre within this period i.e. during her maternity leave.

I am a high school teacher (WB). I have taken maternity leave of 180 days. After completion of maternity leave i have joined regular duty. Now i need casual leave but the school is not permitting me to take the leave on ground of maternity leave (cause given by HM: CL can not be permitted after taking maternity leave). if there is such rule please inform me with the G.O number….
