If a female school teacher’s Maternity Leave ended in between a long vacation(summer vacation or Puja vacation etc) then what would happen ? When she would join the school ? Plz reply .

She will join the first day when the school resumes. How can one join when his/her Office is closed during ‘Holidays’?

I SHRIMATI RITIKA LAYA IS AN ASSTT. TEACHER AVAILING MATERNITY LEAVE UPTO 26.02 2013.BUT MY BABY IS SICK .DR.ADVISED NOT TO ATTEND SCHOOL. I WANT TO KNOW ANOTHER LEAVE TO BE CONTINUED OR NOT.

Maternity Leave can be combined with any kind of leave due. You may combine it with Commuted Leave.
