Whether any female AT at Govt aided school may avail Maternity leave (whose baby is just 1.5 month old) soon after joining …. if it is not applicable then what to do to avail at least 6 months leave & whether Child Care Leave is applicable or not? Please help………….

I think, the teacher first joined after 1.5 months age of her baby. As the child had born before her joining, she will not avail maternity leave as rule.
If it is possible to her and her school gives her permission to join the post, then she may apply for EOL showing her medical certificates. In future, the period of leave will count ( include) with her service period

In this regard, I too want to ask… Can a newly appointed teacher( who’s expecting) of pure government school under west Bengal P.S.C get maternity leave after some months of joining? Please reply.

Just want to confirm that there’s no need to complete probationary period in order to avail maternity leave.. Is that so?

Yes, it is. Atleast it is true in case of maternity leave.
