What is the Maximum Qualifying Service in years can be taken into account for Gratuity Calculation:
Whether it is 33 yrs or reduced to 20 yrs as in Calculation of Full Pension (ROPA-09)No, for maximum gratuity, minimum 33 yrs. service required.
