As per Board’s No. 8417/G dated 07.11.1981, except Casual Leave, no other leave is admissible to a teacher or a non-teaching employee of a school appointed in the additional post (sanctioned for two years), untill the post declared as permanent.

Your post will b permanent after retention which would b done on completion of 2 yrs of service.
You can enjoy 15 med.leaves every year nd 365 med.leaves in your entire service life, that is the upper limit.
Your joining date is 11.08.2010, from 11.08.10-10.08.11 you have earned 15 M.L. 11.08.11 TO 10.08.12 ANOTHER 15,YOU HAVE ALREADY 30 MED LEAVES in your credit nd balance. If you take 03 days or more M.L. then you have to submit med.certificate against that leave.
You can enjoy balance( M.L.) on your choice, there is no upper limit,if you exhaust those then there r half pay leaves,in 2 yrs you’ve earned 30 half pay leaves also.
Leave rule is same for permanent nd additional post.
i think i’v answered your query.
    Thank you
