Can I avail the medical leave during notice period after submission of resignation in govt aided school?
From your quarry, I think that (1) You applied for resignation, but not yet sanctioned then, (2) In the mean time you needed ML, is not it? Then you may availed ML.
When they give you release then they mentioned your ML in your Service Book.
