Can a teacher with 6 years experience in a previous school use ML in a new school in additional post within 1 year of joining????? Will b grateful to receive the reply….thanx
but you are not a new teacher with an empty a/c of ML!!it is a continuous service period,the post is additional ..but it is not your first year of service.so you can enjoy ML as credited in your leave a/c.

According to the circular no. S/435-B, Dated 06.06.01 an assistant teacher in additional post can avail only C.L. but no other leave(s) except Maternity Leave. After retention the post, the incumbent may enjoy his/her all leaves including his/her previous deposited leave.
In case of your service, your second appointment to any kind of a post does not matter. Your new post that is Additional in nature may not help you avail new MLs within two years of service in the present post but you have every right to enjoy the MLs you have accumulated by virtue of your ‘service experience’. Remember, this very period prior to the confirmation of the post of your second service will get counted in your service experience at the time of your retirement. In case of MLs it is the service experience that matters not the nature of the posts of succeeding appointments.
I have joined on 6/10/1986 and have compelled to take four month’s leave for operation during my 1st year of service M.C. sanctioned that said leave as leave without pay.question is what will be the procedure to get full average pay during this said period as special leave on humanitarian ground for delaying increment?
I have joined school on 28/02/2014 and to continue B.Ed.( as regular Non-deputed candidate from Jammu University ) had applied to school for study leave. Now my questions are :-
1. Is B.ED. from Jammu Kashmir University approved in West Bengal ?
2. To attend the said exam I had to remain absent in school from 08/09/2014 to 18/10/2014. But due to Puja Vacation ( from 27/09/2014 to 27/10/2014 ) I joined school on 28/10/2014 .
Now my question is , shall I get ML for the said days of my leave only or upto the last date of vacation ?
3. What necessary steps shall I have to take now in this purpose ?

b) remains absent form 15.11.2014 to 02.02.2015 ( for operation purpose )
what will be the nature of the leave ?
(The teacher is appointed in a permanent post, i.e. not Additional one, in normal section)
