Minimum age for admission in Class V in 2015

Hi everybody!
Could anybody clarify on the subject matter i.e., “The minimum age for admission in Class V for the session 2015”? There is confusion among our neghbouring schools. A few schools are allowing 10+ for the same and a few are not.
Please clarify.
