An application for mutual transfer bearing memo no 710 dtd 30.08.12 was sent to Bikash Bhawan from Jalpaiguri. It’s counterpart from Uttar Dinajpur was sent in July(memo no not received)to Bikash Bhawan.The transfer application is between Piyali Sarkar/Naresh Chandra Hazra of Uttar Dinajpur/Jalpaiguri respectively.Now what can be done?How long time shall it take to process?
