what should i do if my colleague taunt me regularly & remembering me that i was physically assaulted & bitten up by parent in my service period( 9 month after joining ) ? are they psychopath ?

Torturing you in course of your duties by your colleagues is a punishable offence . You can lodge of a complaint with your controlling authority who may initiate a departmental enquiry followed b.y action,if the allegation is proved true.
