    Can anybody please guide me for WBA&AS Limited Departmental Examination conducted by the PSC.The syllabus is availble over internet.But,actually what to study ? ….name of books ,etc ? Will DDOs Manual by Pasupati Ghosh suffice for civil accounts? Please…..
