    I recently in Nov 2024 joined in upper primary school in pass scale under WBSSC.Before joining to this post I had completed my MA 1st year.

    For completing the 2nd year I visited DI office and verbally asked for NOC and they said they will not give NOC.I told them there is no concept of financial benefits and as my course is fully online there will be no hampering of school hours.
    My query
    1)May I get NOC or not
    2)Is there any GO through which I can formally apply for GO.If available please share it to me

    I have gone through your link and found that it has two links
    1) No. 438-SE/S/5P-19/09 Date: 19.05.2014 (Cancelled)
    2) No. 566-SE/S/5P-19/09 Date: 08.07.2014 (Cancellation order of 566)

    If there is any order issued before 2014, kindly let me know that as well
    I have heard a Kolkata High court order of available to anyone please send me

    I think, NOC is not being provided nowadays.
