InactiveI had taken leave without pay from 11/02/2008 to 31/03/2009. Can I get notional increment for this period?
Date of Joining- 21/06/1988
Last Increment drawn- 01/07/2007May 17, 2015 at 4:38 pm #80409Inactive1) Your normal increment will be on 01-07-2009 of Rs. 25180/-

Authority corrected this from 01/04/2013 (increment given Rs. 28360/-) & normal increment on 01/07/2013 as Rs. 29210/- without informing D.I. Office. Can I face problem in this regard? Now I have been transferred to another school. Please help me
May 23, 2015 at 12:57 pm #80444InactiveYou may claim arrears for this purpose . Besides this, it is not correct to allow increment on 01-04-13 and 01-07-13. To allow 10/20 years benefit, no need to take the D.I. permission.

May 25, 2015 at 1:47 pm #80453InactiveDuring transferred from one school to another school ( in case of other district), you must have to counter signed your service book and LPC from your previous D.I. office. If you do so, then did not counter signed ? Then this wrong posting of increment should identified by the previous district.
If you transferred in same district, then the counter signed of the HM is enough.
Have you transferred in same district? Then you ask to your new school to correct the wrong increment and calculate the overdrawn and returned by TR Form-7.
In this case you should contact your present DI.January 19, 2017 at 5:21 pm #82129InactiveI had been transferred (G.T.) inter district on 17/12/2014 and my service book on was also countersigned by the previous D.I. I had earlier written that previous school authority had given me increment on 01/04/2013 and again on 01/07/2013. but the previous school authority cleared my doubt. They told me that they have adjusted my salary as they did not give my normal increment on 01/07/2009.Each year I was lagged by one increment.
Now I have one query .Earlier you have mentioned that my normal increment will be on 01/07/2009 and 20 yrs benefit will defer by 415 days (11/08/2009 in stead 20/06/2008). Can I get the financial benefit from 11/08/2009? They gave me 20 yrs benefit from 01/12/2009. I have claimed for arrears (dues from 01/07/2009 to 31/03/2013 alongwith 20 yrs deferred benefit).
