    sir,
    i have joined a school in a hons/pg additional post as hons qualification(not pg). then i got an approval no. after 2 years i got another approval no (retention for additional post). after 3 years i enhanced my qualification and got an order (like approval with memo no) from D I for pg scale.
    now my questions are……
    1. which approval no i shall put in the form? (because i have 3 approval no and there is only one space for that in first part of the form).
    2. what shall be my salary source/type? ssa or non-ssa (our school is non ssa but my salary bill prepared in another sheet not with other teacher for additional post).
    3. in the form there is a column of approval no for temporary post. in the time of filling this form by mistake i put a date-month-year.but now i can not erase/delete it.
    pls help……..

    Answer to your Query No. 1 > You must put the memo no. and date of your final Approval in which DI/s approved your PG scale.
    Query No. 2 > SSA-School
    Query No. 3 > This field is not for you. You can edit all the entry online before your DI/s approves your profile. So request your HM to edit/ delete the entry. If your DI/s has already approved your profile, request your HM to contact DI/s for necessary corrections.

    but one staff of D I(SE) office had told me that this not an approval no,
    it is an order of DI on which i am getting ph scale. so there should be
    filled with an approval memo no that is the 2nd approval’s(retention)
    memo no. is that right?
    pls inform me as soon as possible…..

    I personally attended the meeting at Birbhum Zilla School on 30th Jan, 2014, on which the Online Salary System was demonstrated. And I replied your queries on the basis of that. And I’m confident that they wanted us to put the memo no. of the order by which you are drawing enhanced salary. I dont know how authentic the staff of the DI office you are talking about is regarding online salary system. But it is the DI/s who will approve your profile. So contact your DI/s for further clarification through feedback on Online Salary System after logging in to IntraSED, or over telephone.

    No Mr. Rath. You must enter the final one. If one joins an additional post and his post is retained/confirmed after two yesr, he must enter the memo no of confirmation. And here, in case of hkg, he must enter the memo no of the order of the DI/s, against which he is drawing the enhanced scale.

    Then the Master Trainer of Online Salary Management System supplied the wrong information in the Birbhum district.
    Friends don’t get confused. The final approval in which your current scale of pay is mentioned need to be put in the Online Salary System. Refer to post no. 1 by hkg above, in his case the order of DI (which is also an approval) is the one that need to be entered here, for his current Scale of Pay is mentioned only there. One who is drawing additional increments after PhD needs to enter the permission letter no of DI here instead of approval no.
