Dear Sir

This is further to my series of communication had with your good office regarding my long pending revised pension. As mentioned earlier, almost two years, I have been waiting for the decision. I went to the concern office (SI office) at Burdwan innumerable times. Each time I was forced to return by the same word that my service book is lost somewhere,

However same I had put under attention of higher authority and as stated by the DI office via memo number 682/1/2 dated 03/08/12 , all related documents they had sent to pension department via memo no PEN/BUR/1108 dated 27/07/12 .But till date I have not received any revised pension or intimation for your good office.

Once again please be informed that I was a primary teacher (Burdwan, West Bengal, SADAR urban:-1) retired on 2006 and entitled for the revised pension scheme announced in 2009.

Sir,

I am a pensioner form EPF vide PPO No. 637, I submitted my paper in Post Office Bahadrabad Haridwar. I asked from the post office. He told me that all paper sent to Roorkee Main Post Officer for forwarding the paper to Lucknow. But I not get my pension till now.
