Can any one up load the order books of PAR and PAR Vigilance Cell. I believe that most of the orders which are in favour of the Government employees are intentionally not being uploaded on the web site for mischievous reasons to deprive the Government employees from become beneficiaries. The orders have not been published in transparent manner. The Finance Department publishes its order in shape of a book(latest one is Volume 6..available from directorate of treasuries 4,lyons Range Kolkata behind Writers Buildings). So is the condition of Home Police Service Cell West Bengal. Can any one help by uploading those orders or providing the information that where those will be available.
