Please tell me if service rules of an employee has incorporation of WBS(DoS) 1981 as per concurrence of Finance department govt of west bengal then will he be treated as government servent?

Please state your Confirmation from your date of joining to 3 years as per G.O. No.4444-F (Confirmation Rules) if you received confirmation letter/memo from the authority you may be Government Servent.
