my dear friends
I shall be much grateful to receive your valuable judgments on the following situations-
1) Is it permissible to allow notional increment during the 5 yrs period of punishment for being without b ed while making pay fixation for any ropa?
2) Is a teacher who comes under PB-4 only after ropa 09 entitled to get 18 yrs benefit?July 24, 2013 at 3:30 am #78354AnonymousInactivemy dear friends

2) Is a teacher who comes under PB-4 only after ropa 09 entitled to get 18 yrs benefit?1) A non-B.Ed teacher, after getting 4 increments after joining, will not get next 5 increments. Not even notional increments.
2) 18 years benefit to a teacher joining in PB-4 is not allowed.July 28, 2013 at 4:28 pm #78387AnonymousInactivethe case of my colleague is somewhat critical. his joining date is 23/10/1990. so he completes 18 yrs on 23/10/2008 now the ROPA, 2009 comes to effect and he falls into PB-4. now is he entitled to get 18 yrs benefit?

If the incumbent gets Hons/P.G. Scale, then he will not enjoy 18 years of benefit. The incumbent joined as pass graduate A.T on 23/10/90 but when ropa 09 came into being his pay was fixed in the pay scale 9000-40500 at PB-4. the pay was fixed notionally from 2006 & the arrear was calculated from april, 08 as u must be knowing. on 23/10/08 he claimed 18 yrs benefit which was duly approved by the D.I. now the D.I. has written his pay may have been wrongly fixed. do u think he is entitled to get 18 yrs benefit? please answer after careful observation — many many thanks in advance.
pratapJuly 30, 2013 at 3:32 pm #78398AnonymousInactiveHow was his pay fixed in PB-4? Please post in details such as bp in unrevised scale on 1.1.06 etc.
July 30, 2013 at 4:05 pm #78399AnonymousInactiveA pass graduate teacher may reached to the basic pay of Rs.14930/- (Hons. scale) or 15960/- (P.G. Scale)or higher than that by his/her seniority. In this reason, he/she will not be treated as an Hons. or a P.G. teacher. Please submit his details pay date wise.
Finally, a question, has he/she passed and entitled Hons. or P.G. Degree Scale by the D.I.? If the answer is negative, then he will get 18 years of benefit.July 30, 2013 at 4:31 pm #78400AnonymousInactiveA pass graduate teacher may reached to the basic pay of Rs.14930/- (Hons. scale) or 15960/- (P.G. Hence the HONBLE DI raises the question of pay being wrongly fixed . anyway it is now clear but the credit goes to all of u……..
